iTunes 10, File Size To Large

I am currently oversea's on deployment. The good news, we have internet over here, but the bad news, is that the max file size you can download is a little over 10MB. I noticed on my laptop, I currently don't have itunes installed and downloading the new itunes 10, for windows 7 (64bit), wont work because the file size is much to large. I know there are substitue programs you can download, such as: CopyTrans Manager, Sharepod, Floola, Winamp with iPod plugin and many others. I have tryed all them and 99% of them require you to have itunes installed, in order for the program to function. Seeing that currently I cannot download the new iTunes due to the large file size, I was wondering if someone can zip the itunes installer and split the voulmes into 10MB increments, and host the zip files on a free file uplooading service, so I can download. If you can do that, that would be awesome, thanks alot!
