iTunes Equalizer User Preset Problem

Hi!

I`ve used iTunes for many years and on 5-6 different PC`s.
The following problem always occur after a while:

I make my own presets and add them for each song in the Library.
After a while, the presets disappeare. (original presets are still there).
The name of the presets does still appeare in the Library.

I can make new presets, but they disappeare when I restart iTunes.

Also, if I make a new setting in the Equalizer, it resets to 0dB on all bars
when restarting iTunes. (It will not keep last settings as it normally does).

Please help!

(I`m on xp x64 and using Itunes 4.7 (for several reasons..))

 

Anyone who know about another forum where I could get help with this problem?
