Itunes help

Well im not sure if this is in the right section but i thought it might go here.

Ok well my itunes has always worked on the computer i have now. Yesterday i downloaded the new version of itunes i think 7.2. Since then it seems to have gone downhill. First this morning i got this popup message in the bottom right corner.

Well i did the chkdsk thing and it showed i think 6 things getting deleted. But i didnt get a picture of it. Then i logged off and logged in and all my music was gone and i got the message again. I got the music back on by adding a folder to my itunes library, but now the popup keeps showing up and when ever i use chkdsk this is all that happens.

And it automatically turns off, ive tried it like 100 times. Ive restarted my computer with the same results including all my music being gone every time!!
