I've been trying to import my songs into the iTunes library in order to put it on my iPod, but because I've used WMP up to this point, the files from my CDs were saved as .wma files, and thus must be converted to a file type compatible with iTunes and iPod.

The problem, however, is that during the conversion, it runs into numerous errors, and although it can convert the file after several tries, some of the files are damaged. I've also tried ripping the songs directly from the CDs, but it tries to convert those files as well, and encounters the same errors.

Any advice concerning this problem would be appreciated. It's getting pretty frustrating.
