   when i try to make an ipod version of a movie that is on my itunes, a window pops up saying that the task could not be completed and that error 2048 had occurred, what should i do?

   Sorry I don't do mac, ipod, or itunes, or even use quicktime, although I do use codec packs

   and use VLC Media Player on rare occasions
