iTunes not recognizing 1 songs existence

    That's right, just one song. I was making my lists & it didn't come up in teh search, but it shouldn've of been there. I dragged in in over & over from my music folder, & it stll doesn't get added (it had the usual icon while dragging). I also tried adding it from 'add file to library'. STill not in there (yes I checked the list, it's not just a search error). It plays fine on winamp. I don't get it. It's an mp3. iTunes 11.1.4, I think on Windows 8.1.
    Any insights??

    OK I found the song. For some reason the title was changed/ shortened greatly. WEIRD!

    Hi

    I would be tempted to convert the MP3 again to MP3 sounds daft but maybe a non standard file, or could be some corruption of the ID3v2 tag so you could re-tag the file using MP3Tag
