itunes or windows help?

    When I click on the itunes icon, it will not open and gives me this error:
    itunes.exe- application error
    the exception illegal instruction
    an attempt was made to execute an illegal instruction
    (0xc000001d) occured in the application at location 0x00e33ac0
    OK to terminate
    Cancel to debug

    Can someone help me with this?

    Also check you have the latest version downloaded.

    i got the same thing with another programme it turned out to be the driver i just reinstalled and all was ok.:)

    I tried reinstalling the latest version and still nothing. Where do I find the driver?
