iTunes question

my question is like this:

i will soon receive a new computer which I've already ordered; I can transfer all of my songs via a portable hard-drive but how can I save/transfer all of the lyrics and album covers I've manually added for hours on most of my songs on iTunes?

which leads me to another question, I've had to manually add lyrics and artwork, is there any program out there that can search the net and do the hard labor for me?

I have Windows XP btw if that matters
