heheh... no full-length rantings here, folks.... sorry.

Just got a laugh from an article I got today, titled WGA meltdown raises doubts about MS reliability, and thought I would share.

Micheal Cherry said:

"I think that Microsoft will be totally unwilling to change its position, and the operation of WGA, based on any feedback or recommendations from customers. After all, what customer would ask for the operation of his or her computer to be more complex? What customer wants to continually have to prove they are not using unlicensed software and they are not a thief or pirate?

roflmao I'm not sure if he's discussing reality, or a hypothetical future for Microsoft.

Is it just me or did this Micheal Cherry contradict himself in that statement? And if he did, why does that not surprise me coming from a MS boob?

I remember a story from the last outage where a doctor was ready to operate and XP said the copy was not valid. Can't remember the exact details though.
