I've done everything i know to do...PLEASE HELP

    Norton 360 had found a hacktool virus and could not remove it, i have ran many spyware removal tools and nothing helped. I have followed your instructions (one spyware program, normal boot in msconfig, ect...), I have ran the hijackthis tool and posted the results. Please help me in the next few steps to fix this very unwanted problem. Thank You

    Ok i have done these steps to the best of my knowledge, there were no programs in the add/remove, and i ran the ccleaner. what should i do next?

    You must complete ALL of the instructions! They are not completed if you have not attached the requested logs when you are still having problems. This is stated in the READ & RUN ME. Going to Add/Remove programs and running Ccleaner, are only a small part of what was requested.
