I have lost the sound on my computer and am not sure where it has gone.
I am running windows 98 and have a soundblaster 64 card. Yes this computer is old but still works fine with all the wonderful programs here at major geeks.

Any assistance would be greatly appriciated.

What does Device Mgr show? And – v. basic, but it sometimes is the cause of sound problems – have any cables been disconnected or loosened? Has the mute button been pressed or the volume turned right down?
