I've tried everything, please help

Something has recently happened to my kids pc. I have ran all the programs before on this system and it was fixed just fine. My 18 year old im sure has been to every porn site on the internet over the last week.

Ive read through and tried all the steps i could on the malware sticky.

I'm running google chrome now and everything on it is fine, and as far as i know everything on the pc is good except internet explorer and the following


Super Anti spyware wont run---encountered a problem needs to close

Super Anti spyware online scan will start and run for a few minutes then just close all of the sudden. It has found a few items but wont finish the scan.
online scan has shown these 2 files.Trojan.Sino-PWS/gen and Adware.gamevance.

i have hit next as soon as the scanner finds these and they have been quarantined. I restart and items still remain on next online scan.
the online scan exits as soon as these 2 files show.


Malware bytes will not install

Spybot S&D wont run--- hour glass then nothing

Combofix will not run-- hourglass and nothing

AVG free will not install. shows AVG 7 needs uninstalled but its not in programs list and no AVG folders in Program Files

IE explorer-- standard icon has changed and windows cannot access specified device. you may not have appropriate permissions to access the item.

CWShredder--- nothing found

Smitfraudfix---- encountered a problem and needs to close.

Hijack this----- windows cannot access specified device. you may not have appropriate permissions to access the item.

It was working ok on the first of the week but IE searches were being hijacked.
