anyone know a board where fanboys hang out (in english) who would recognize obscure details from B-rated 80's movies?

i am trying to recall which movie a VERY minor scene happens in. too minor to google up, apparently. and now i've DLed and waded thru 5 or more incorrect films which i thought it might be.

anyone 30 or 40 here and native japanese? no, i thought not. but point me somewhere where they might congregate.
