Java Exploit (CVE-2011-3544)

Hi guys, MSE just alerted me about 1 hour ago that a Java Exploit has been detected and quarantined. I was wondering if I can do anything to make sure that I do not have this virus any more (maybe I still have it). I have uninstalled Java and also if it is a virus trying to steal my information I have cleared my computer of personal details and such.

Any help with this issue would be appreciated. Thank you.
