Java never works After I Shutdown

Everyday I start my computer, I try to open a program like limewire. Then I get a message that says some thing like "unable to load Java runtime environment please download newer version." then I realize my recycle bin is full and I haven't used it. I look in there and the file: Java Programs/Common Files, is in there. so I restore it, and it still doesn't work. Then I just delete it and download it again. This happens every time I start up my computer, and I don't know why. Please help. I would not shutdown, but my computer is where I sleep and it's kinda loud.

 

I have also found that when I am on the internet my Java virtual machine does not work. The JVM doesn't even work when programs like limewire are working. If I am at a web site that Requires JVM, it says I need to download it, but when I try to, it says it is already installed. and I have already tried going into internet options to enable it, but it looks like it is already enabled.

 

Uninstall all versions of Java Virtual Machine and install Sun Java Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 8

 

the latest which is like J2SE 5.0 update 8 I think

 

Uninstall all versions of java from your system and install from the above link and see if the issue remains

 

I have tried that and I am able to uninstall the update 8, but there are two other versions that always say error when I try to delete them

 

what error do they say ?
