java or flash not working on nba.com

hi, I am having a problem with the compatibility of www.nba.com with my system. The java (or flash?) of the page does not work correctly along with the videos. I have tried everything I know and have not been able to fix it for the past year. It is the same problem on Mozilla Firefox (only use this) and IE. I think I have tried reinstalling the programs but the same outcome. On Firefox the Error Console has a lot to say about this problem with the website but I just dont know how to read those notes. Also on Firefox the Java Console does not appear (popup) when it is selected. I have updated everything and have Windows XP Sp3.
