Java Script Needed

Hey Everyone,
Is there a Java Script that anyone knows about that works with "check Boxes" that when I have multiple selections available (like 35 check box selections) with check boxes, that will ONLY allow up to 5 to be checked, and some sort of error message comes up when more than 5 are checked???????????
