Java(TM )

Is there a new Java(TM) 6 Update been released, i currently have Java(TM) 6 Update 18 please advise or point me in the right direction as i can't seem to find it if there is !

I have version 20, so I believe it's either the latest version or I have not yet been alerted to the availability of a later version, which would be #21.

Have you tried updating it from the Java Control Panel? To open your Java Control Panel, open Windows Control Panel and then double click the Java icon to open it. Select the Update tab and click the Update Now button. Let us know how it goes.

This is whats happening whenever i try to update ! Do you think i might have to disable my AV to install !

You can try going here its an error while installing. Try clicking the bottom link at the bottom of the site I posted. Also Dont forget to get all old Javas out folders and things being hidden somewhere.

 

Already tried that silas and get the same problem, do i have top uninstall old Java(TM)6 Update 18 with revo or uninstall first before downloading !

 

Are you installing the most recent Java in IE browser? If not, try that.

 

I don't use IE i use FF !

Lets change what i've just said, i've just managed to download JRE_U_21 from the link you sent OMA but had to click on a few more links within it though !
