javaw? Java Virtual Machine Launcher fatal exception error

XP Home Edition Version 2002
SP3
Dell Dimension 8400

Java JRE 1.6.0_13

This machine has 2 user accounts, both are administrator. When connecting to the main account(the one that is used 95% of the time) I get about 20 errors immediately after ‘Loading personal settings’ and they are identified as ‘Javaw’ in the taskbar. Most other icons that I click on will also produce this error. This does NOT occur in the secondary account and every thing seems to be working fine there. I can not do a system restore back to a point that will eliminate this. Is there some way to monitor what is happening during the ‘personal settings load’ process? Could this be where the problem is? I have googled the snot out of this and have not found anything close to helping out yet. Any suggestions?

The error messages stacked 20 deep on startup to the main account or switching user to the main account is...

“Java Virtual Machine Launcher
Fatal exception occurred. Program will exit”
