   I am trying to clean a computer and every time I try to start one of the tools it starts the jbt.exe program AKA XP Security Cleaner Pro and they won't run. I did start the Rogue Killer and it gave me the error in the image that I attached but all other programs were unable to execute.
   
   Help?!

   What version of Windows?
   
   Also have you tried running in safe boot mode? If not please try. Also try MGtools even if the others do not work.
