Hydrogen peroxide may work on ink...there`s also a product called "goof-off" that may work. Goof-Off is available at Home Depot or other home improvement stores. And this, for sure, will work....hair spray. Hair spray will take ink out of anything.

FYI...for future references...have you dried them?? If you treat it before the dryer...you have a WAY MUCH MORE (pardon my bad english) of a chance getting the stain out!!

Heres what I did, being the pioneer that i am... I had the same incident.... So i died my pants black, stone washed them (accidentally ripping half a leg off, so now its one pant leg and one shorts....) And went to school and everyone thought my pants were "hardcore" (excuse my AMERICAN.... :p ) lol... Any ways, i saw a kid on my way to school who had one leg black and another leg blue on his pants.... looked pretty bad to me! (bad as in SWEET!, once again its our damn american slang  lol)

Yeah...take pens out your jeans before washing them in future :p

We all do it at least once before we learnt to check all pockets every time. My pet hate is tissues...man...they make such a mess and clog the dryer once they get wet.

I use "Shout" on all my stains, it even works on small ink stains , ...IF.. i let it soak on the stain all week then i wash it.

But you got large stains so i'm not sure how good it will work, give it a try, spray the heck out of it an let it soak in all week, you got nothing to lose.
