jetway PM800BMS - Good motherboard?

    Can anyone tell me if this is a good motherboard?

    It's considered "Prescott ready" and supports H T technology.
    The chipset is North Bridge: via PM800, South Bridge: via 8237
    It's also sata dual channel.

    It's the main component (with a Pentium IV 3.0 chip) in a computer I just purchased over the internet.

    Is this a good motherboard?

    Any input would be appreciated.
