Jit Compiler error (mscorjit.dll error)

Hi.
recently i uninstalled itunes in order to revert back to itunes 10 from itunes 11. And that same day. i started getting the error that my jit compiler is not working properly and a couple of my programs now cannot run.
im at a loss. Ive tried reparing Microsoft NET with no luck. also tried system restore to a couple days before. also no luck. Went to the website and downloaded the latest version of Microsoft NET 4.5 also didnt work.
Im in finals week right now and its really stressing me out. Any help would be very greatly appreciated.
Also i read somewhere that this might have to do with my ATI graphics card. i have Radeon HD 5650. but the driver said that the driver on their site cannot be used with sony VAIO, which is what i have.

Laptops can be difficult sometimes, but This is an interesting possibility- read it all and with luck the links he gives will get you a driver.

i think it is the Microsoft NET that's causing the problem.
i tried SFC scan now. and it told me that some files were repaired but some were not. here is a log. the mscorjit.dll error appears near the end.
