jooce anyone?

I see jooce has been available for some time though I just found out about it. I looked up info on it, and it touts that it is adobe based while others are heavy java based. So off I go to jooce.com, so I thought. All I get is oops link is broken. Is it still available? If so why can`t I get there? So I looked some more and found g.ho.st. Can anyone tell me how it works? It does say it`s flash based. Now my real question is... Will this stop would be attackers? As that is truly what I am after.
