Avast keeps popping up with statement it has blocked JS Iframe (?)
It has done that for several web sites.
I ran scans with several virus ID /removal (Avast, Malware, Kaspersky among them) but nothing picked up this virus except Axast.
    Wasup?
Is letting Avast block this OK, or is there a chance it could compromise my computer anyway?:confused
    Tnx

Avast is warning you about potential malicious java scripts on the websites you are accessing. If it happens on all websites that you access, then you may need a full cleaning or possibly need to update Avast or see if they have a recent bug. If it only happens on certain websites, the websites may contain malware or could have security holes due to improperly/out of date coding.

Avast is current, I have and get auto updates with my subscription.
The block alarm of Avast goes off for a lot of sites
I find it strange that even after scanning with multiple anti-MW/trojans....scan/ID/cleaner programs I cannot locate this trojan.
Found info on it, with link to MS Security Essentials. XP is not supported by this any longer. (Censored)
There was a MS Safety Scanner program for download, which i did but cannot find.
So, guess I do that full boat you recommend.
    Tnx

    Didn't this start back here>>> http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=282534

Most likely because it is not really a trojan on your PC. This is more likely as I stated an out of date java script. It could be embedded in HTML files on your PC.... possible in browser cache files but sometimes it is also on the websites being accessed. Also since you are still using XP, it could be due to not having various updates to the OS or it could be a new hole found in XP that will not be fixed since it is unsupported.

If you want to be sure that your PC is clean regardless of the messages from Avast then yes, run the READ & RUN ME FIRST.

Also answer a questio, what browser or browsers are you using and are they fully updated. You could also have a questionable extension.
