    Hi

I seem to have been hit with the jump virus again after a stupid click mistake! It's the virus that redirect the google searches to fake spyware sites etc etc.

    Anyway,

I am in the process of setting up a hijack this logfile - trying to use combofix and then antimalware bytes.

It seems as though I needed to re-write the name of combo fix to make it run.

I will post the results of the combofix section here as soon as it is done. It orginally said that it had detected rootkit activity and had to reboot the sytem - but unlike a few other posts here - it now seems to be working.

Anyway - just a heads up about this issue - I'll post my log files as they come to hand.

Any advice or direction greatly apprecciated!

    mal
