Just a Beginner Here

    Hii I am a novice computer user and have ben FAIRLY lucky in figuring out this thing @ all, I learn SOMETHING everytime I push a key,,, Even if its just "DON'T PUSH THAT KEY AGAIN" I recently have been trying to install SP2 and keep getting an error reading Not VERBAtum but CLOSE to: Cannot install i386 because my computer core (kernel) system is not a WINDOWS program... No matter where I TRY download it (The SP2) from... :cry Is there ANYWAY to get around this? Please advise!
