Just a general question about browser hijacked

I have completed the Read and Run section fully and to the T yesterday.

I thought everything was fine at this point but noticed when I was on a webpage today, that an additional webpage loaded on its on (with my AV of choice and Firewall of choice running)

Does this mean that maybe just my firefox might be hijacked, or would I need to post logs for someone to view.

I can do that stuff, but figured I would asked the simple question first.

The virus I originally had before running the "read and run" was a complete nightmare, I couldn't even double click any icon on my desktop.

I just didn't know would this be something as simple as "delete firefox addons" or something like that.
