Just A General Question

I was just wondering if I need to install a firewall if I have SpyWareBlaster. The reason I ask is because I installed the trialware version of "Internet Security", which includes Norton Anti-Virus, Norton Personal Firewall and Norton SystemWorks.I wanted this software for the firewall, but when it was installing, it appeared to have uninstalled the original Norton SytemWorks and Anti-Virus that came with the computer. Should I get rid of the Internet Security andpray that my original Norton Anti-Virus returns?

I'm open to suggestions.

What is your O/S? Also, how long is NIS trialware good for?

My operating system is Windows XP Professional. Norton Internet Security is good fo 15 days, but I have another problem.

It seems that Internet Security has completely removed my original Norton Anti-Virus that was included in my Norton SystemWorks program. This program is the FULL version and came with my computer when I purchased it.
I know that I can download a trial version of Norton AntiVirus, But I would really like my full version back. By the way, I've tried System Restore using several different restore points, but they all failed.

I am nervous about being online now that I have no virus protection.


Please help me

 

Can you go the retailer you purchased it from & request the original System Works be put on you computer again?
