Just a question!

First off, I would like to thank all the geeks who have helped me along the way. I don't know what I would have done without their help. Now, onto my question. I downloaded Ad-Aware and run it before and after every single session I have on this computer. (I'm using Windows XP). Each time I run Ad-Aware it identifies anywhere from 8 to 20 things that need my attention. They're primarily "CoolWeb Search", "TIB Browser" and "IE Hijacker". My question is this ... Why do these buggers still pop up? I mean, right after deep scanning my entire system with Ad-Aware they're still there. I have to run Ad-Aware three times (sometimes four) in a row to rid myself of these invaders. Then, if I wait five minutes I run Ad-Aware again and whammo! I have another 6 to 10 items (always the same as listed above) to quaranteen. What gives? Am I shovelling sand against the tide here? As I said at the beginning of this rant it's just a question.
Thanks again for all your help.

guys, these are not the solution to the problem. Using Firefox will not clean the nasties that clemmo's machine has acquired.

Clemmo, please wait for Chaslang or Phillie Phan to respond to this thread. Though, while you're waiting you may wish to perform the tasks in our readme.

As KODO said run through the read me again. Much of the malware reconstitutes itself. AD-Aware and Spybot will say they cleaned it but some will come right back. After going through the READ ME submit a HJT as you did before.

After you were cleaned last time did you do what it said here:
