Just a rant

This is just a rant to Us cellluar company. I had a nice phone and I got the webs and games and unlimited this and that.. Well I always liked them and thought they were better. But last night I went and tried playing a poker game on my cell.. And I scroll down in easy edge and when it was highlighted to be selected the game said"application" where the name of the game should be. I press okay to go into the game and play. Pops up "application error #something" I take out my battery plug it back in.. figure cell being dumb again. I turn it on go to games again.. Now no poker game is there. I check out in the pages where you can buy games and its not in there either. So I call the company and they tell me to look at the cell go to logs of the game install and uninstall and see if its there... I said no plus I seen it wasn't there before hand anyways. Then I tell them the story I just typed.. and they said weird let me talk to another tech person.. .so they do they come back I see the game is now on my cell able to be bought again. Well I told him now its there.. well he kept asking are you sure its not a demo? Are you sure you downloaded it? Are you sure it wasn't a trial? I said I buy all my games for unlimited.. you can see that on all my games I have. He constantly kept saying they don't see it and how long ago I download it.. I said over 2 years ago.. Anyways after he pretty much saying he don't know what this application error is and on my log theres no install/uninstall of this game that they can't do nothing. I can re buy the game tho! So I said forget about. I later go check out games now all my games are application errors. And same thing they delete.. I call back and they say on there side no notes of me downloading any game? what I just talked to you hours ago and you seen I did and now you dont? Wth... so basically they said I had to buy all games again.. for full price.. I said this is crap.. why would I call and lie about a some games when I could say I lost like 20 games and try to get them for free.. anyways not happy with them ..

 

Sorry to hear that Silas, that sounds rough. Maybe you could buy a different cell, and see how that works. Sounds like a conspiracy to me tho.

I just didn't like the fact that I had to re buy all games I had to replace. No discount nothing. They also talked and question me many times about making sure it wasn't a demo or trial.. and also made sure it wasn't a different game. I told him I don't buy trials the cost for unlimited is few dollars more and its unlimited! I play often with my poker game anyways. But the game not being in the log install or being uninstall I just dont get it said application error.. How do they not know the error if its there phones and there software on it. Its like microsoft making a computer they know what errors are and why they happen eventually.. Its just he said we never seen nothing like this. I said I wouldn't lie about 1 game Id lie about more games if anything. But I joked and said well verison isn't to far from my house. Ill have to check in to them. Another thing is he said maybe my cell has a virus on it. I said I don't go to no sites that gives me a virus. If they wanted to know I only go to 2 forums and check once in a while(here and a we known site that millions go to daily).. so I dont click and download or do anything on both sites. So I dont got a virus. But oh well hopefully only 1 time or deal. I remember 2 years ago I had an issue a game went missing but I just bought it again thinking us celluar stop supporting it. I was just dumb I guess. I said whats going to be different if I buy games and there in my log install and uninstall section and later they go away again? He said" they will show up on the log part" I said well then what happen this time? He said its not there. I said yes I know and why? Why would I call about a game when I could lie? I mean wth plus it should be in there computer things I installed and bought.. but its not? So I dont get why theres don't say it ?

Yeah I can find the bill that we bought the games from. My mother always just added me a phone on her bill several years ago and I just kept it and paid for it. So its all in her name but I know the info and can get into it when I want. But yes there was bills long time ago with each game I bought on it and I could find it but comparing moms house of papers and me paying 6.99 for some games I just rather sometimes buy the games again. She said there together in a drawl alone.. But still mad about it "not being in there system and my log file and etc" I mean what happen/went wrong? It said application error and and they said all my other things was on there system showing installed.. but not this? Just weird. IMO mom made a joke and said probably just want some more money.. I mean the game disappeared, wasn't on the buy list where you buy all games at on my cell.. Then after "he talked to tech guy about this issue they never had before!(which is probably bs) then all of a sudden he goes"sir are you still there" I said yes actually my cell buying section just popped up the game now.. He said are u sure it wasnt there before? I am sure.. I am not dumb.. Anyways he said okay well you can buy this game again... what? lol Just funny / weird. Just funny he said after I asked about it happening again what to stop it and he said it wont I am like yeah Ill have to take pictures or something of me installing it and buying it last night to re insure them next time it happens.
