Just a thought....

I watched David Letterman last night because they were doing a tribute to Johhny Carson.

I enjoyed the show so much, it was pleasant and entertaining to watch. The conversations, guests, music, etc.

Wouldn't it be nice to have that option in a late-nite show again? Everytime I hear about what kind of audience a show is targeted for it's always between the ages of this and that. Why can't they produce a show without considering age, alot of people just like that type of show and music......it would really be a refreshing change.

Maybe instead of giving people what they want, give them what they need and hopefully they will embrace, understand and enjoy it.

Sounds like a great idea, but if it would work, people would be watching a lot more Discovery Channel and a lot less MTV.

 

Look at how well these moronic reality shows do...Trading Spouses, Surreal Life, My big fat retarded fiance'...all pretty much indicative of how idiotic the viewing audience is. It's that audience for whom all shows are targeted nowadays.

It's sad...very sad.

Jerry Springer is on his 14th year, nuthin surprises me anymore, TV wise anyway
