Just curious about CA

I don't see CA's EZ antivirus mentioned anywhere on this site---it comes with my DSL and was wondering if it provided good protection---thanks

Ditto..........wish they still had the free year plan going, best Free Firewall I had. But hey ZA is free, and yea I am cheap, what can I say.

I got a free year about a month ago.

I like it, it's not as horribly slow as some, does anyone have any data about its effectiveness?

 

I just three days ago got rid of it. Did my weekly update, and did a full scan. If I use any other program, it almost came to a stop. I have two hard drives, 60gig and a 40gig, took 3 hours and 48 min, to scan……didn’t find any thing, and I haven’t found any thing in the last few months. I figure to could always down load it again, and got rid of it. Tried one of the free programs here at MG, ran faster, and found a Trogan……wobbles
