Just formatted my computer i need help~!

I need help on how to make a connection, my computer is already connected to my router and router is connected to 2 computers i own, the other one i just reformatted. My network isnt even set and i don't know how to do it, I have no CD provided.

Do i need to download a driver?

My modem is ARRIS
Touchstone Telephony Modem TM402 (APPROPRIATE DRIVER NOT PROVIDED)

Router is Netgear Wireless router.
I do not even have a connection set up, and I dont know how. please help.

If there is No Network valid Network card in the device manager you need to download the Network card drivers from the computer's vendor site.

im sure my Card is installed correctly, my other OS internet works, some expert guy did it for me and i didnt see what he did to make the connection.....
