Just got Mozilla....

not too impressed. It automatically imports your IE favorites but they can't be sorted (I have folders as well in my favorites). I've checked thier FAQ's and searched the index for sorting them but there is nothing. Also, anyone know of a way to get rid od "bookmarks" and just click to get to favorites or should I stick with MyIE2 which I was happy with?

 

did you get mozilla or mozilla firefox.. they are two different things. I wasn't impressed with Mozilla either.

 

If it is Mozilla Firefox download the extension Sort Bookmarks http://update.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=51&vid=54&category=Bookmarks I don't know if it works with Mozilla but it does give the impression that it might.

 

I didn't have any problems sorting my imported bookmarks with firefox

 

Thanks guys, it is just Mozilla that I have. The link to download Firefox didn't work on this site so I got Mozilla instead. I'll uninstall am]nd try Firefox.

 

Tell that to the administrators here at MG so they can fix it.

I couldn't click directly on the Mozilla Firefox. Didn't do anything. I had to click under it, download. Then it went to it.

Yes, I am trying it out, but looking at extensions, cause I can't get to my yahoo games......:-(

Yahoo takes java, so download java for mozilla.

I imported my IE favorites into bookmarks but they are in a "IE imports" folder. Is there any way to delete the folder and just have the links listed under bookmarks?

 

Go into the organize bookmarks window and drag them into the place you want.
