Just installed a new x1650 PRO, cannot load CCC

    I just installed this new card, but whenever I try to launch the catalyst control centre, I get the following error message:

    Could not load file or assembly 'CLI.Implementation, Version=2.0.2589.34531,

    Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=90ba9c70f846762e' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

    I have done all windows updates including all of the .net components. I haven't been able to find too much about this on the net so far. Hoping maybe you kind folks can help
