JVC Sd Camcorder & Everio mediabrowser

    i have a JVC Everio S GZ-MS230 camcorder with software Everio Mediabrowser SD 2.01.205 included.

    I loaded this software & everything works well except under "Edit" above, everything in the drop-down is all greyed out!

    I cant get anything done.

    My system is XP Home Edition, with AMD Sempron processor 3000+, 1.81 Ghz & 512 Ram.

    I don't know whats wrong or what to do about this. Can anyone give me any insight or advice -- PLEASE?? Thanks so much if you can! >^..^<

    You might try looking at the JVC site http://support.jvc.com/consumer/support/index.jsp
    if that doesn't address your problem. Also see if you have the latest version of the software.

    Ive checked out there & this Cyberlink PowerDirector Express isnt a free program. Its being sold for up to $99. Not possible for me. Any other suggestions, my friend? And thanks for reaching out to help me! :)
