    Does anyone have any advice on dealing with HP? I have a very broken x1360us which has been very broken four times before.

    Does anyone know anyone personally who works in tech support in HP? Anyone use to work there want to give carly fiorina's private number?

    seriously, I'm a writer and my ability to make a living is on the line here. I can't spend the next month on the phone with Bangladesh, St. Catherine Ontario, Menlo Park, Boise, Seattle, etc, etc. etc.
