Keeping windows minimized

    My question is simple. Can anyone tell me a simple way that works to keep windows minimized every time they are opened from a shortcut? I am using Windows XP Service Pack 3.
    Any help will be appreciated.

    This is a windows property, I used my Firefox icon as an example. Right click ANY shortcut icon, go to properties and set it as open minimized...
