Kernel Stack Inpage Error

ok ive been having this problem lately that ive never had before...lately, every now and then, when i try and run WinRar to unzip something, it will freeze up and then this blue screen will pop up and it will say Kernel Stack Inpage error and say some other things about software/hardware...but it only happens with this program and just started last week...

can someone please help with this problem??...i'd really appreciate it...
