Keyboard does not work on one user

I have a system that has Windows XP Pro. 2 Users (not including Administrator).
One of the users, has no use of the keybaord. When pressing any key, you just hear a click sound coming from the internal speaker. The other user and the Administrator user when booted in Safe mode work just fine. I have scanned for Adware/Spyware and viruses, could not find anything. Mouse is fine.

Anyone have some ideas?

 

Does the keyboard appear in the device manager for that user's profile?

 

Yes.

 

Figured it out. All the accessibility options were on, this was making the keyboard act funny. Once turned off all is well.
