    Hey Amjad,

This is the second time you've posted this question! MG is full of very smart people but we don't have all the answers. I know I've search for a long while looking all over the net for your specific drivers and I just can't find anything.

Where did you get the keyboard from? is it possible can go to their specific site? i.e. dell, hp.

Sorry we couldnt be more help. :)

Thank you my friend, I appreciate every second you wasted trying to help.
As you said, it's really strange. It's a keyboard! It should be easy!
But if you remember my other thread, I demanded information about keyboard models (especially this KB-0108) in order to generalize the situation.
I still doubt that any KB-0108 driver will work fine, no matter what the keyboard type (product) is.

By the way, a few hours ago I got my hands on a CD labeled:
    Internet and Multimedia Keyboard Driver
This is what is written exactly, too simple, too generic, and ...confused

Anyway, it came with a Chicony keyboard that has the same model of my LG-7000M keyboard which is KB-0108
The strange thing is there is no description, no readme, no instruction, no version, no keyboard model, just a Setup.exe fi and an autorun.

    Look at the image...

Frankly, I'm reluctant to try it out.
I hate not being sure of what I'm doing.

This is something you've never stated. Who makes the keyboard? is it a factory one that came with your pc? or is it just a generic one you bought from wal-mart or electronics store? Chances are if its a generic keyboard then a generic driver will do just fine.

There can only be one model and one serial number for a specific product (whether if its one item or a batch of the same item) because if one model or serial covered a bunch of different items, that company would be in trouble because how would they know WHICH item had the problem.

I agree that screen shot looks a little strange. The cd you have does it look authentic or does it look like its something some made at home (i.e. its written on or has a low quality printed on label)?

If your really in doubt go back to the store that sold you the keyboard, their employees should be trained on the products they sell and should tell you 1)if the cd is authentic and 2)if there is A specific cd for the item you purchased.

Looks legitimate, emachine keyboard. Would think for XP it would be plug and play, no driver required. If you plug it in and Windows asks for a driver then let it search the CD for one. If you Google KB-0108 and the driver is for a Chicony keyboard, their are standards associated with keyboards, and most of it's keys should function. If in doubt, throw it out, or try it out on an old machine that needs reformating or will be canned for parts anyway.

LG is a conglomerate. They have interest in a wide range of products and have bought majority shares in many companies. The LG brand is not necessarily an LG product. Zenith, Philips and so on are now LG branded.

Chicony is most likely one of these companies LG owns. Chicony makes it, LG brands it.

Try this, there is no KB-0108 so it is either brand new or discontinued.

EDIT: Not all Philips products are LG.
