Keyboard not responding

    I am having some serious issues with my computer. It all started when i noticed that certain keys were not working. After that the calculator tool repeatedly started to open. Currently the calculator is no longer opening, my keyboard has zero funtionalty in window, programs go to properties when clicked, ctrl alt del restarts my computer and the system speaker beeps near constantly and safe mode automatically restarts. I have run through the generic help procdures. I am also using zonealarm and I Will attach my hijack this log and the GetRunKey and ShowNew logs. Any help would be great. Thanks. Ed

    Welcome to Majorgeeks!

    You must follow ALL of the steps in the READ ME and you must attach ALL the logs requested (You did not run Bitdefender or PandaActiveScan). You also must install and rename HijackThis.exe as requested in the READ ME. You have it exactly where we request that it not be installed. Also you are using Spybot's Teatimer which the READ ME specifically requests that you not use.

    You are also not using the proper version of Spybot! Uninstall the version you have ( Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.4 RC2b ) reboot and then download and install the proper version as requested in the READ ME.

    Also uninstall the below as requested in step 0 of the READ ME:
    Viewpoint Manager (Remove Only)
    Viewpoint Media Player

    It appears you missed quite a bit of the READ ME.


    You also need to run the below and attach the log from it:
    WareOut Removal
