Keyboard problem

    Just got a Logitech K350 keyboard, I'm trying to install my selected programs on the keyboard, in the past I did the following, hit "My KeyBoard", "Open Folder", Browse, Chose desktop for the selected icon, then apply. Whats happening now , is when I try to open Desktop nothing happens. Done the many times and this never happened , Stumped. , Any ideas? T.I.A. Using Win 7.
