I am working on a PC (Windows 2000) that I suspect has been infected with either a virus or spyware. I have run all the processes in "Read and Run Me First" and have checked the HiJackThis logs on the sites listed in "No Hijack This Log Files Before Reading This." All the Scans are coming up clean both online and in Safe Mode. I also ran BlackLight and RootKit Revealer to check for rootkits - none found. The machine has six local users. Here are the remaining symptoms.

The primary user - with administrative rights - has his keyboard remapped in Internet Explorer and in MS Word. All other applications are working correctly. So far no other users have this problem. Any ideas on where and what to look for or is a reload in order?

Attached is a current HiJackThis log from the affected user.
