I have no clue what is causing this but randomly any open text input fields fill with %E?;E?+E? or %%E; or different variations of those characters followed by ENTER...
Or if there is no text input field in the current open window it will "click" the selected icon or button.
I removed all other languages from the keyboard settings in windows, and turned off the hotkeys for switching languages, this didn't help.
The next step was to swap out the Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse combo with a ps2 keyboard and usb mouse and uninstalled logitech's setpoint software thinking that might be the problem.
    It wasn't.
My next thought was that it could be malware related...
I have attached all logs as specified in the Vista and Win 7 Malware Removal/Cleaning Procedure.
Not sure what steps to take next.

    Thanks

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Upon reading this I did not think it would be malware. And you logs ( which are all clean ) agree. Almost every time something like this gets posted, it winds up being a hardware issue or a corrupted driver. And we will likely be sending you to the Hardware Forum. Since you say you have tried different keyboards, it could be a driver or it could be your PC motherboard. Have you tried booting in safe mode to see if you still have the same problem?

I have not had the chance to boot in safe mode.
Compounding the problem is that this PC is the "admin" for 2 others using shared programs, i.e. quickbooks, shipping programs, etc. If it is not up and running on the network, everything else is down as well!
I have already replaced the motherboard once, last year, due to failure where the pc would just shut itself down. If that ends being the issue I'll probably just throw the computer against the wall and start fresh!

    Thanks

Also I did change keyboard and mouse drivers to microsoft stock drivers from logitech when I switched the keyboard and mouse.

Try it and let me know. This is the only other suggestion I currently can offer.
