keybord problem

    i posted a problem under "NO NEW HARDWEAR" earlier in the week and got plenty of help but it did not cure the problem.
    i had popups about new hardwear installs but i did not have any new hardwear.
    having had no success i tried RUN ME READ ME all went well untill i booted in safe mode, i ran CCcleaner,spybot,couterspy.
    when i came to safe mode with internet assist i found my keyboard had changed from AZERTY to QURTY and could not progress further so i had to use restore to get back i am now a bit unsure how to continue.
    any ideas pleaseconfused confused

    Sorry but this is not a malware problem! For some reason your system believes you have new hardware possibly because a driver or something else is missing. If you installed any new software or hardware at all something may have changed. You really need to work this in the Hardware Forum.

    Did your PC come configured to use the Azerty layout or did you have to add a driver or provision something to change from Qwerty?

    the PC has AZERTY keybord but because my internet supplier is from belgium they work with QWERTY during setup we set the language to english an the keyboard to belgium it is the only way that it will work here or so my computer shop tell me, I will try a post in the hardwear forum thanks for your info
