Keylogger help

Hey all. Thanks in advance for any help. I believe someone put a keylogger onto my system. I ran KL-Detector and it noted a file: \AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows\winhelp.ini

when i went to look at the file I saw the following:

so it looks like it is taking screenshots? Of course this could be a normal thing but it looks suspicious enough to me that I figured I would ask you guys first if it is something to be concerned about.
