keylogger issues...tried all steps

completed all steps in "DO NOT POST UNTIL youve read this"

got an issues with a key logger perhaps someone can help with.

I got a trojan virus stupidly and so i cleaned the whole sys out, so its cleaned cept for a windows keylogger which shows up in webroot spy sweeper. Of course i have to buy it to get it to remove it, and none of free removal tools are picking it up, and i tried a few!

Ive installed keylog blocker "unlocker" but it doesnt remove it, and i cant find one that does.

I used adaware se; spybot s&d, windows defender; window malicious software romover tool, hijack this; CCleaner; bit defender...even from safe mode but no joy. Spy sweeper still shows a windows keylogger. I cant update windows defender for some reason but apart from that all are updated.
