I am not sure if my problem is Malware related or not. But I am hoping that someone here may be able to tell me. \

My problem is when I try to update my Symantec 2007 anti-virus, something keeps interupting the process. This is on the stores computers where I work. Two of them have already updated successfully, one of which worked after running the programs in the read first. But on this computer I seem to not have any such luck. I have ran the scans except CounterSpy which I could not install. Also I just noticed the AVG scan just had errors in the log.. Please let me know if I should re-run ....

Maybe its me but the bdscan doesnt look right either...please let me know if I made any errors doing the required scans. I am not the most proficient with computers but you all sure did help greatly with my own computer last week.

That is exactly what we requested in the READ ME. Most people start trying to manipulate the output to change it into text which is not what the READ ME says!

If you only issue was KillApp.B that Panda reported then ignore it. It is not a problem. It is part of your HP software.

Why did you run the READ ME in the first place? Was it only because you could not update your AV? You need to make sure you are not blocking it in any firewall software.

Notes:

you did not do step 2 of the READ ME

you did not rename HijackThis as requested so your HJT log is not as useful as it would be if installed properly. However I don't think you are having any malware problems.
